How it works.

Run the liner to depth. Rotate it when the well calls for it to work it down.

Set It.

Set hydraulically. Drop the ball and pressure up. The setting pressure is adjustable, and a lock guards against a premature set.

Cement It.

Rotate the liner while you cement when you need to, to push cement where it has to go.
